We are the Park View Marching Dragons!

The Park View Marching Dragons represent the finest musical talent at Park View High School, located in South Hill, Virginia. This award-winning marching band can be found performing at a number of events across Mecklenburg County when they are not attending competitions across the state and beyond. The Park View Marching Dragons won first place in Music, Marching, General Effect, Percussion, Colorguard, and Drum Major at Bluestone. They took first place in class triple A with a superior rating and a score of 94.07. The Marching Dragons were crowned Grand Champion with the best score of the day out of 13 bands. This is the first Grand Champion for the Marching Dragons since 2001. The Marching Band was also named Virginia Honor Band at the District 3 State Concert Festival in March.
